    have stayed in many econo rooms all over the US and I'd have to say Best Western has never disappointed. vey great prices for the quality in an econo style hotel

    This property is excellent for the price.it is located in a quiet area in addition you can easily walk or rent a moped to see everything! parents are 80 and 67 and they were able to walk to Mallory square nightly... so its not to far.The swimming pool is spotless and refreshing.the hotel room was large and spotless. The air conditioning worked and best of all there's FREE parking on site ! help is friendly and helpful. If and when we go back to Key West we will stay here again. If your on budget and want a clean, convenient place to stay to enjoy Key West you can not go wrong with chosing the Best Western Hibiscus.

    We stayed here immediately after Hurricane Dennis hit. The help couldn't have been any nicer. It was so close to everything, only one block off of Duval in the quiet section and one block up from the beach. gorgeous grounds. We were there for a week and loved it - we walked everywhere and rented bikes at the property. The only thing wrong was a loud a/c (in addition it was working) and they are a little anal about swimming pool towels, do not lose one or leave it in your bathroom, if maid takes it you have to pay for it. Return them to the front desk!
